Job description

  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents in einem Ticketsystem
  • DurchfĂźhrung von 1st und 2nd Level Support im User-Help-Desk
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration verschiedener Endgeräte wie PCs, Laptops und Smartphones
  • Installation und Updates von Standardsoftware
  • Analyse und Behebung von StĂśrungen
  • Mitarbeit in diversen IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Eine IT-Ausbildung oder Erfahrungen im IT-Support als Quereinsteiger
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Active Directory
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen (z.B. Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Kenntnisse in der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Endgeräten (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
  • Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei technischen Problemen
