Job description

Participate in job task analysis for defense all-source analysts. Lead training needs analysis for courses, develop course evaluations, and refine courses based on their results. Review and update course requirements. Develop learning objectives aligned to the professional certification standards Design in-person and/or online asynchronous instruction for all-source analysts Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and documentation Coordinate course development with ASA subject matter experts Audit and/or review content of DoD ASA courses Coordinate course delivery with DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) and/or DIA Directorate for Intelligence Analysis (DIA/DI) instructors Evaluate certificant professional development logs for evaluation to renew the CDASA credential. Support the development of CDASA accreditation packages to the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.

Requirements

Five (5) years of experience applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles ( e.g., ADDIE or equivalent) to analyze performance/training needs and design, develop, and revise learning solutions and supporting documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Technology, Education, Learning Sciences, Human Performance Technology, or a related field from an accredited university. Five (5) years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field. Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology Expert MS Office skills demonstrated through creation of a variety of published products.
