- Track program progress, dependencies, issues, and risks using JIRA.
- Understand technical issues and risks and effectively represent technical teams in stakeholder discussions.
- Lead large-scale programs and drive teams toward defined program goals and milestones.
- Communicate program status, risks, and key updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Requirements
The Technical Program Manager will lead and manage large-scale technical programs involving cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. This role requires the ability to understand technical challenges, represent engineering teams in stakeholder discussions, and drive program outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments. Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge in Embedded Systems and Broadband technologies are essential., * Strong experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
- Technical background or experience with Embedded Technologies.
- Experience in Broadband, Telecom, Networking, Embedded Systems, or related technology domains.
- Proven experience managing large and complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of scope, timeline, budget, risk, and dependency management.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for program and issue tracking.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate technical risks effectively.
- Comfortable presenting program status and updates to senior leadership.
