Job description

The Oracle Developer will support the company’s growing Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands-on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support., * Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.

  • Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
  • Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
  • Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
  • Professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including a mix of Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and/or Security, including application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
  • Local to one of the listed areas or willing to relocate upon hire.
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
