Job description

  • Abwicklung telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen von Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Service-Anfragen
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung IT-naher Geschäftsprozesse sowie Prozesse der Nutzerverwaltung und Legitimation

Requirements

  • Laufendes z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Informationstechnologie
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein kunden- und serviceorientiertes Verhalten
  • Erste Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung sind von Vorteil
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (unter anderem MS-Office)
