One of our Premier Clients is looking for an Exchange and SaaS Support Engineer. The role is to participate in the overall management and end-user support of our Messaging and SaaS offerings. This position will primarily provide support to our end user population for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams & OneDrive including license administration. Experience with other Microsoft 365 components is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier-2 end-user support for Messaging and SaaS based end-user tools, including: o Exchange Online o Outlook o MS OneDrive o Microsoft Teams policy application o Box

• Message archiving/retrieval/deletion
• Mailbox maintenance and access management
• Process and environment documentation
• ServiceNow ticket automation

• 2+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and MS Teams
• 2+ years of experience basic Box administration and end user troubleshooting
• 1-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow
• 1-2 years of experience administering and supporting OneDrive

• 1+ years of experience creating and modifying PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks Preferences:

• Relevant, current technical certifications encouraged
• Strong customer service presence
• Ability to troubleshoot potentially complex issues that involve working with other teams
• Desire to learn new technologies in the cloud space
• Hands-on experience working in complex infrastructure environments in a highly regulated industry
