Job description

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Technician with in-depth experience supporting end-user equipment and LAN equipment. This is a full-time, contract position working 100% onsite with a great team offering longevity and upward mobility!

The LAN Support Technician will be responsible for providing hardware support to end-users to ensure business operations and objectives can be met., * Install and set up end-user hardware to include PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment as well as provide on-going system administration.

  • Support LAN, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including connectivity issues, performance problems.
  • Install and configure desktop applications and utilize SCCM for pushing packages and updates. Ensure end-users have access to the tools and applications needed for their role.
  • Manage Active Directory user profiles and access.
  • Provide break/fix support for desktop computers.
  • Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues, providing equipment replacements as needed.
  • Support IT asset tracking and documentation.
