We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, workflow automation, and project portfolio governance., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

• Configure and customize SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, and Strategic Planning.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level portfolio management insights.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
