Salesforce Administrator

We’re working with an established technology/product company seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce environment.

This person will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce administration while assisting with system optimization, data quality initiatives, and upcoming platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Salesforce support requests and user issues
• Handle user access, permissions, and security updates
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Perform data cleanup, data quality, and system health initiatives
• Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and recommend improvements
• Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and backend administrative tasks
• Assist with Experience Cloud site administration and partner-facing initiatives
• Partner with internal teams on Revenue Cloud transition efforts

• Salesforce Administrator experience in a production environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user management, reporting, and platform administration
• Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with Stripe integrations is a plus
• Background supporting data cleanup, architecture improvements, and platform optimization initiatives
