Job description
We are looking for a reliable and professional individual to support our Test Center operations. You will help ensure the integrity of exams by greeting candidates, verifying IDs, monitoring the testing process, and maintaining policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in candidates
- Proctor and administer exams
- Monitor the testing room to ensure compliance
- Provide basic computer troubleshooting
- Answer phones and handle front desk duties
- Complete data entry and manage paperwork
- Keep the testing area clean and organized
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Outgoing and professional personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule (approx. 6-hour shifts, up to 5 days/week)
- Must be available on Saturdays
