Job description
- Establish and maintain IT governance processes, procedures, reporting mechanisms, and management controls supporting TOMCAT service delivery.\n
- Monitor SLA performance, operational metrics, service trends, and performance objectives across service areas.\n
- Coordinate recurring governance forums, operational reviews, PMRs, working groups, and stakeholder meetings.\n
- Maintain risk, issue, opportunity, dependency, and corrective-action registers and coordinate mitigation activities.\n
- Track commitments, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, staffing considerations, and performance across assigned workstreams.\n
- Develop executive dashboards, management reports, status briefings, and performance reporting.\n
- Analyze operational data to identify service risks, recurring issues, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.\n
- Coordinate corrective actions across PMO, service delivery, cybersecurity, engineering, quality, and other functional teams.\n
- Support audit readiness, compliance reviews, quality assurance, and maintenance of supporting evidence.\n
- Ensure accurate information is maintained within approved systems of record.\n
- Coordinate governance activities across ITSM/ITOM, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, critical incident management, project management, and other TOMCAT service areas.\n
- Support transition, operational readiness, stabilization, and continual-improvement activities.\n
Requirements
- Requires a BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of degree, additional experience may be required.\n
- Ability to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability\n
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance\n
- Experience supporting IT governance, PMO, IT service management, program management, or performance-management functions in an enterprise or federal IT environment.\n
- Experience with ITIL-aligned service management and governance processes.\n
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, corrective actions, and performance reporting.\n
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, organizational, and facilitation skills.\n
- Ability to coordinate across technical, management, government, and contractor stakeholders.\n
- Ability to support mission-critical operations and competing priorities.\n
- ITIL 4 Foundation.\n
- PMP or equivalent program-management certification preferred.\n, * Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM/ITOM environments.\n
- Experience with SLA management, PMRs, executive dashboards, and operational performance reporting.\n
- PMP, ITIL 4, PMI-RMP, or comparable certification.\n
