• A conceptual thinker
• Have the ability to think critically to support your ideas with data not opinion
• Understand the end to end software development lifecycle and have delivered at least one product front to back
• Be a good team player, with clear communication, good listening skills and the willingness to support your peers, * 8+ years of design experience
• Have an available online portfolio
• Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
• Code fluency leveraging IDE environments (Kiro, Claude) and proven track record of delivering working application outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
• Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
