Job description

  • Schedule consultations, follow up on leads, and assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
  • Organize case files, input data into our CRM, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct basic legal research and draft correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and document management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.

If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and have experience in administrative support, customer service, or legal assistance, we want to hear from you!, * Experience: At least 1 year of administrative, legal, or customer service experience (law firm experience is a plus!).

  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and legal
  • software (training available).
  • Detail-oriented: Ability to follow procedures and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Problem-Solver: Someone who takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Reliable & Professional: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.

Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic CRM platforms
  • Availability during business hours (Eastern Time preferred) to align with our team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or personal injury field is a plus but not required.
