Data and Information Management Service

Within your service, you are mainly focusing on the following tasks:

• Develop and configure a harmonized document management governance system
• Establish and maintain standards and procedures for metadata, localisation, version control and retention
• Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure system compatibility, data migration, data integrity, process efficiency and information security
• Train and support users in document management and archiving best practices, promoting adoption and correct usage
• Monitor compliance with document management policies and intervene when required
• Analyse existing processes, design new processes, identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to optimise document handling and information management

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in setting up or harmonizing a document management governance system management within a business or technical environment
• Experience with digitalisation initiatives and change management
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to implement structured document control procedures from scratch
• High level of stakeholder mgmt. and effective communication skills

French or Dutch native speaker with good knowledge of the other national language and English
