• Build a territory plan by identifying and qualifying leads and creating a solid sales pipeline
• Increase NeoXam’s market presence and brand awareness through industry events, campaigns, and outreach
• Respond to tenders and proposals and coordinate with NeoXam stakeholders to define strategies and prepare business proposals aligned with prospects’ needs
• Negotiate and finalize business proposals through successful signature and contract award
• Maintain structured pipeline management using Salesforce
• Manage and close new logos in the UK market
• Take overall responsibility for regional sales and third-party alliances, * International projects in a dynamic environment where team spirit is important
• Cooperation with local and global market leaders

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Solid experience in sales, pre-sales, or consultancy in financial software
• Proven track record in account management and business development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong network
• Ability to work independently and cooperate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Good working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Nice to have: Knowledge of French, knowledge of the main players in financial-industry data management, knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems and Data Management Systems
