Job description

Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungen und Anfragen im IT-Helpdesk Erstlösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remotezugriff Weiterleitung komplexerer Tickets an den Second Level Support Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Endgeräten Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Installationen neuer IT-Systeme Erstellung von Anleitungen und Dokumentationen für Anwenderinnen und Anwender

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Grundverständnis für Netzwerke, Hardware und Ticketsysteme
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz
