Analyse von Fehlermeldungen vor Ort sowie Fehlerbehebung Aufstellung und Installation von Arbeitsplätzen, Telefonanlagen und Druckern Einbau, Ausbau und Austausch von Hardware Installation und Updates von Software Dokumentation mit Hilfe eines Ticketsystems

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w) Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Sichere Kenntnisse der gängigen Hard- und Software Erste Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Citrix Hohe Serviceorientierung, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
