- On-site, * Betreuung der Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen
- Pflege von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
- Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem
- Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts, * Moderne IT-Infrastruktur

Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support
