Job description

Provide technical support for CAD software, including installation and troubleshooting.
Assist in developing and implementing CAD standards and best practices.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.
Manage CAD data and file systems.
Stay updated on CAD trends and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in PTC CAD, and Creo
Experience with 3D in other software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, CATIA etc (will also be considered)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of CAD customisation and scripting is a plus.
Living in the Watford/Hertfordshire vicinity, with a willingness to relocate for the right opportunity.
Certification in PTC Products.
Customer Demos.
Implementation knowledge of enterprise systems like Windchill, Thingworx, Codebeamer.
