Job description

We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation in a varied Data Administrator role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting customers and ensuring information is accurate, organised and kept up to date., This is a varied position with a strong focus on data administration, CRM management and customer services. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, processing information and providing day-to-day support to customers and internal teams.

Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end data, including preparing files and carrying out checks.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring information is complete and up to date.
  • Carry out data cleansing, identifying and correcting duplicates and errors.
  • Manage communication preferences in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and relevant information are accurately recorded on the CRM.
  • Upload contact outcomes and event-related information, ensuring records remain current.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
  • Respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Manage outgoing post, mailings and courier arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support across the organisation and assist different teams where required.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, administrative processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Are you highly organised with exceptional attention to detail?, * Previous experience in a data administration, CRM, customer service, administration or operations role.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Confident working with databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal calmly with customer queries.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to identify ways of improving processes.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a wider team.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection would be advantageous.
