IT Help Desk Technician

Do you have experience in VPN?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent required; computer related designation or certification preferred. 4-6 years related work experience required.

• Intermediate technical PC skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and/or hardware required.
• Must be detail oriented and have strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Working Conditions: May be required to move 50-60 pounds as a physical requirement of this position.
