Job description

Are you an experienced IT Technician looking for your next exciting opportunity? An Independent School in Ipswich is looking for a dedicated IT Technician to join its growing technical team.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support.
  • Resolve Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking issues.
  • Install and support PCs, software and other IT equipment.
  • Assist with upgrades, migrations and IT projects.
  • Provide basic support for servers, backups and security systems.
  • Record and manage support requests through to resolution.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with previous IT experience, good technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be confident communicating with users and comfortable working both independently and within a technical team.
