A welcoming school based in Lowestoft is seeking an IT Technician to strengthen its internal technical department and handle a broad range of user-focused infrastructure tasks., * Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for desktop hardware, mobile devices, and local software packages.

• Manage email accounts, mailing lists, and user access levels in Microsoft 365.
• Assist engineers with network cable patching, switch management, and printer setups.
• Participate in scheduled system upgrades, data migrations, and disaster recovery testing.
• Provide remote assistance to field-based staff and desk-side support at the main office.
• Keep accurate logs of recurring technical glitches to help prevent future downtime.

• At least 2 years working in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and modern office suites.
• Familiarity with basic network security principles and anti-virus management.
• Calm, adaptable nature with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Capable of managing independent tasks as well as team-driven projects.
