Halo Consultant (Configuration)

We’re looking for a HALO ITSM specialist to join a major service transformation programme, designing, configuring and delivering new services across multiple business departments.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll take requirements directly from stakeholders, translate them into HALO service designs, and then configure and build the workflows yourself - owning delivery from discovery through to UAT and go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and configuring HALO ITSM workflows, ticket types, SLAs, custom fields, portal forms, approval processes and conditional routing, alongside requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and UAT.

You’ll also work with REST APIs and integrations including SharePoint, Azure DevOps and webhooks.
