Technical Support Technician

o Basic Networking knowledge o Understand TCP/IP networks, DHCP, Static IP o Basic Cabling (Fiber Optic - single mode and multimode) Knowledge o Basic hardware and IT system understanding o Understand setting up servers (rack installation, wiring servers, cable installation) o Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds Nice to Have: o Experience working in a data center environment o Time Management/Project Management skills o Able to schedule heavy activities and meet timelines o Strong work ethic Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related type field
