Technical Support Technician

o Monitor incoming tickets, project requests, and change orders. o Plan and implement assigned projects following established processes and standards. o Estimate project requirements including time, resources, and cost. o Follow all change management procedures throughout project execution. Physical Network & Hardware Work: o Deploy and maintain structured cabling and network hardware. o Work hands-on with vendors for installations and ensure quality of work. o Troubleshoot cabling, network connections, and physical components during deployment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Collaborate with Network TPMs, engineers, and internal teams. o Provide clear and timely updates to all stakeholders. o Stay current with new technologies, hardware, and process updates. Safety & Standards: o Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and data center operational standards. o Lift, rack, and move equipment weighing up to 40 lbs as required.

o 2+ years of cabling and networking experience. o 1+ year of experience working in a data center environment (or similar hands-on hardware environment). o Basic understanding of IT hardware, servers, and network components. o Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals. o Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 lbs safely. o Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
