infrastructure, networking and security issues Managing and maintaining virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud-based services Acting as the senior escalation point for technical incidents Leading on firewall, connectivity and endpoint management activities Owning project delivery, upgrades and system improvements - on time and on budget Acting as a dedicated technical point of contact for key clients Producing and maintaining technical documentation Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service About You We’re open to different backgrounds, but you’ll ideally have experience with: 3rd line support within an MSP, service desk or IT support environment Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud technologies and virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls (FortiGate preferred) Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint and Intune Project management or client management experience, with a track

record of delivering on time and budget Supporting and troubleshooting complex technical issues Working independently and taking ownership of tasks and projects Experience with MDM platforms, Power BI or automation tools would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
