Zero Trust Network Security Engineer

• The role involves operating and supporting enterprise Zero Trust network security platforms, managing network access control, DNS/DHCP services, and ensuring secure and compliant connectivity across corporate, BYOD, IoT, and OT environments while supporting incident response, configuration management, and automation initiatives., * Operate and support enterprise Zero Trust platforms including Forescout NAC and Infoblox DDI.
• Perform daily monitoring, health checks, and troubleshooting of network access control, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Manage network access exceptions, MAC address whitelisting, and device compliance for corporate and guest networks.
• Analyze and reconcile asset data across Forescout, Infoblox, Axonius, and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Manage lifecycle of unmanaged, IoT, and OT devices across the global network environment.
• Respond to network access control incidents including 802.1X/RADIUS authentication failures and captive portal issues.
• Collaborate with network operations, service desk, and field IT teams during incidents and service disruptions.
• Implement network segmentation changes including VLAN assignments and ACL updates.
• Execute DNS, DHCP, and IPAM configuration changes following change management processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational tasks using PowerApps and Power Automate.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise network security, network access control, or DDI environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, 802.1X, RADIUS, and MAB.
• Experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM) issues.
• Experience working within ITIL-based processes (incident, change, and problem management).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise network environments.

Experience:

• Experience in enterprise network operations or network security environments.
• Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Architecture and large-scale device management preferred., * Experience with Forescout, Infoblox, or Axonius platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to Zero Trust Network Architecture and IoT/OT device classification.
• Basic scripting or automation experience, preferably Python.

Skills:

• Zero Trust network security operations.
