COMPUTER SYSTEMS BUSINESS ANALYST (SAP)

This position performs as a business analyst in ESSP Customer Relations Management and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working on teams with computer systems and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

• Coordinating with business processes, technical team members, contract team members and outside agencies
• Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions.
• Developing system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts, and results matrices.
• Performing problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality.
• Preparing reports, presentations, issues, and options papers and gathering supporting documentation., * This position is not telework eligible.
• The salary for this position will be determined by the applicant’s previous experience, knowledge, and education. The starting salary for this position is $4,989.33/month.
• This position includes after hours and on-call responsibilities for CAMS Production or other enterprise system related concerns and projects affecting Child Support Program business.
• SVT and Interviews will be conducted onsite only.
• To meet minimum qualifications, the required experience must be demonstrated in your candidate profile/resume under your job(s) in the duties and responsibilities.

• Two years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, including facilitating information-gathering meetings, documenting business requirements, and creating business process or system flow diagrams.
• Two years of experience analyzing system issues, defects, or enhancements and recommending functional or system solutions.
• Two years of experience performing system testing activities, including developing test scenarios and test scripts, executing functional, integration, or user acceptance testing, and documenting test results
• Two years of experience working with SAP (Systems, Applications and Products).

PREFERENCES:

• Experience with SAP BW on HANA or BW4HANA in a functional role.
• Experience in a functional role with SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on HANA, SAP S/4HANA Service Management, or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Experience working in the Child Support Program using the CAMS system for reporting or data analysis., CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS: You will be required to undergo a National Level-2 criminal background check which requires you to provide your fingerprints.
