Job description

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Product & Functional Lead for a contract opportunity in Brussels. This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce/CRM professional who enjoys working between business and technology and leading cross-functional CRM initiatives.

The role will focus on:

  • Salesforce & CRM functional leadership
  • Cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, B2B and Customer Care
  • Functional analysis and business requirements
  • CRM automation and process improvement
  • Customer journeys and customer experience
  • Salesforce AI capabilities
  • Digital marketing and campaign performance
  • Reporting, analytics and KPI monitoring
  • CRM integrations and a 360° customer view

Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce / CRM experience
  • 6+ years’ relevant experience
  • Experience leading or coordinating CRM initiatives
  • Strong functional analysis and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience translating business requirements into CRM solutions
  • English plus French or Dutch
