Job description
We are looking for a dependable Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support for employees in Draper, Utah, as well as distributed team members working remotely. This Contract position is ideal for someone who combines hands-on troubleshooting expertise with strong coordination skills and a proactive service mindset. The role will focus on maintaining end-user productivity, preparing and supporting workplace technology, and partnering with internal teams to improve the overall IT support experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage employee account provisioning, updates, and offboarding activities across identity and access platforms such as Active Directory and Okta.

Resolve service desk requests by diagnosing and addressing hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues for onsite and remote users.

Prepare, deploy, and refresh desktop and laptop systems for new team members and existing staff receiving equipment upgrades.

Provide technical assistance for Windows-based environments, including workstation support and general troubleshooting for business applications.

Maintain and support conference room and audiovisual technology to ensure meetings run smoothly and reliably.

Work with cross-functional partners to deliver IT improvements, technology rollouts, and operational enhancements across the organization.

Track, prioritize, and document support activity through ticketing tools to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or a closely related IT support role.

Practical experience administering user access and identity tools, including Active Directory and Okta.

Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting methods beyond basic end-user support.

Experience using endpoint management or desktop administration platforms such as ManageEngine Desktop Central or Microsoft Intune.

Familiarity with business SaaS applications and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Zapier.

Understanding of core networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP, along with general hardware and software support.

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are valued, and exposure to automation or AI tools is a plus. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
