Infrastructure Specialist 2

• Independently installs, monitors &/or maintains, configures, upgrades, &/or Administers &/or operates assigned multiple technology domains.
• Installs, maintains, configures, upgrades &/or administers hardware &/or software independently in workstation support, server support, business continuity, information security support, telecommunications & network connectivity, where technical work requires specific knowledge to evaluate, select, adapt & modify standard procedures.
• Diagnoses, analyzes & resolves issues for customer(s) across assigned multiple technology domains.
• Performs desktop support which includes but is not limited to hardware, software, printers, network connectivity & any peripherals; Installs configurations & basic use of any software., * A background check including BCI and FBI fingerprint check may be required on all selected applicants
