In this role, you’ll be involved in all areas of campaign planning, launching, testing, and optimisation, identifying opportunities to more effectively target audiences and drive conversions.
You’ll also help shape landing page strategy, ensuring pages are optimised to drive conversions.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Manage the full lifecycle of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and TikTok Shop, focusing on strategic launch and optimisation.

- Lead testing initiatives for critical elements, including ad copy, attention-grabbing hooks, and dedicated landing pages.
- Maintain accountability for weekly performance reporting and continuous optimisation to achieve best-in-class ROAS and drive testing velocity.
- Hold end-to-end ownership of the entire customer acquisition funnel, encompassing both top-of-funnel awareness and conversion-focused retargeting.
