ETL Developer

• Responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter in a data warehouse environment while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams., * Develop new ETL processes, complex enhancements, and modify existing code using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Independently develop, configure, and unit test ETL programs based on source-to-target mappings.
• Collaborate with data architects, reporting teams, and application teams on ETL development efforts.
• Design and document ETL solutions for projects.
• Estimate work effort and provide task status updates.
• Coordinate development activities for offshore and onshore Informatica ETL developers.
• Allocate work to ensure high-quality deliverables and support team development.
• Provide technical support for Informatica administration and production support activities.
• Perform level three troubleshooting, operational support, and baseline support.
• Create and maintain ETL development best practices and methodologies.
• Prepare runbooks and production support documentation for developed code.
• Identify and implement improvements to the data warehouse environment.
• Work closely with offshore teams to implement ETL solutions and enhancements.
• Escalate issues appropriately when required.

• 7+ years of experience in a lead development role within a data warehouse environment.
• 10+ years of experience in development, maintenance, and enhancement of Informatica mappings, workflows, and processes.
• Experience working with complex SQL for ETL development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Informatica integration technologies and processes.
• Experience working in Windows environments.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse reconciliation solutions., * Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills for distributed teams.

Qualification And Education:
