Job description
The Lead IT Business Architect serves as a trusted advisor to both IT and business leaders, delivering scalable, cost-effective technology solutions that support Supply Chain and Operations Finance objectives. This individual will lead process improvements, ERP solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional initiatives focused on product costing and manufacturing finance processes.
- Play a strategic role at the intersection of IT, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Lead high-visibility ERP and product costing initiatives, * Partner with IT, Supply Chain, and Operations Finance teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP product costing and manufacturing finance processes.
- Configure and support standard costing, material ledger, actual costing, and cost object controlling capabilities.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Drive continuous process improvement and support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system integration, reporting accuracy, and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of ERP, finance technology, product costing, or related business systems experience.
- Strong expertise in product costing, manufacturing cost accounting, and ERP implementations within manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, influence stakeholders, and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
