Migration Manager Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Power Automate

Establish a clean SharePoint foundation and confirm tenant admin settings, including site creation policy, theme deployment, and hub registration.
Build the branded theme, register the landing communication site as the hub, and configure global navigation, search scope, governance, and permissions.
Create department and page templates, the provisioning mechanism, and a documented process for requesting a new site.
Build 3 to 5 exemplar department sites end to end using a build alongside then migrate approach, and deliver the migration playbook and tooling so the internal owner can carry the remaining sites.
Migrate content into hub connected sites, rewiring web parts and rebuilding key pages on the template without breaking permissions or links.
Build maintainable Power Automate flows for hardware and software request forms, routing, approvals, and notifications.
Surface the portal in Teams through Viva Connections as the primary employee entry point.
Deliver documentation and runbooks, and provide knowledge transfer as live shadowing during the build then handoff.

Strong hands on experience with SharePoint Online and the M365 modern experience, including communication sites, hub sites, site designs and scripts, navigation, and search configuration. Modern, not classic.
A proven track record in information architecture and governance on real intranets, including tiered models that separate self service from centrally managed departments.
Security and permissions modeling with Entra ID groups, least privilege site permissions, and sharing controls.
Migration and consolidation experience, moving existing department content into hub connected sites using Migration Manager, PnP, or a comparable tool.
Power Automate and Power Platform skill for building documented, maintainable flows that a power user can own.
A history of working to a provided spec on a fixed scope, with documentation, enablement, and handoff treated as core deliverables.
