  • Unterstützung bei Projektplanung, -organisation und -controlling medizinischer Forschungsprojekte
  • Mithilfe bei Dokumentation, Qualitätsmanagement und Berichterstattung
  • Unterstützung im Austausch mit Ärztinnen / Ärzten, Wissenschaftlerinnen / Wissenschaftlern und Kooperationspartnern anderer Standorte
  • Mithilfe bei Termin- und Veranstaltungsplanung sowie bei administrativen Abläufen (z. B. Beschaffung), * Praxisnaher Einblick in die medizinische KI-Forschung - wertvoll für den weiteren Studien- und Karriereweg
  • Uniklinik-Campus, Mensa, Cafés
  • Einblicke: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • FAQ´s für neue Beschäftigte

Requirements

  • Immatrikuliertes Studium in Gesundheitsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Natur- oder Biowissenschaften, Medizin oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in Organisation, Verwaltung oder Projektarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Exakte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen ist ein gültiger Nachweis der Masernimmunität / Masernschutzimpfung notwendig.
