Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (Auth Experiences)

The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER, FRONTEND (AUTH EXPERIENCES) will contribute as a full stack engineer focusing on backend, web, and mobile interfaces within trust and safety. This role is responsible for delivering high-availability, low-latency systems that support critical authentication and fraud prevention processes. The position plays a key role in guiding team delivery, collaborating across disciplines, and ensuring operational excellence to maintain secure and reliable customer experiences., * Own and deliver quarterly goals for the engineering team

• Lead engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics in product development
• Identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues
• Support operations and availability by monitoring metrics and participating in on-call efforts
• Establish and promote code review and design standards
• Provide feedback and mentorship to develop team talent

• 4+ years experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
• Proficiency with Javascript/Typescript
• Experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components with simple, extensible designs
• Ability to make impactful changes safely in large code bases
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth through proactive feedback seeking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: 195,000 - 255,000 USD
• USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: 173,000 - 233,000 USD
