Job description

Analyze client business processes and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements and deliver tailored solution designs.
Integrate SAP HCM solutions with S/4HANA and other SAP/third-party systems.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR
Lead data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP ERP, analytics, middleware).
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to long-term relationships and value delivery.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM (PY/PA/PT/POM)
External Consultancy background is preferred.
Languages - Fluent German.
