Job description

  • Koordination mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern zur Problemlösung

Durchführung tiefgehender Analysen und Diagnosen Implementierung von Systemverbesserungen und Optimierungen Unterstützung des 2nd Level Support-Teams bei der Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme Erstellung umfassender Dokumentationen zu Lösungen und Arbeitsprozessen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Langjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support, insbesondere im 3rd Level Support Fundierte Kenntnisse in fortgeschrittener Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung Expertise in verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, Servertechnologien und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
