Job description

Total Solutions is looking for a Systems/Network Administrator to join our Professional Services department! We’re searching for an experienced I.T. Administrator to handle our most advanced work in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate will need to be able to assist in managing implementation and integration projects. This is a hands-on position, so candidates should be interested in working outside of the typical office structure, with up to 50% travel to local clients and remote work opportunities., * Microsoft Active Directory general management, administration, and troubleshooting

Group Policy creation, application, and troubleshooting; including folder redirection and file & print shares
Configuration of TCP/IP and DNS in Active Directory domains, and public DNS records
Assist with configuration and deployment of new physical servers and Hyper-V virtualized servers
Assist with the migration of software, services, and data to new servers with Windows Server operating systems
Migration of software and data to new workstations with Windows and macOS operating systems
Management of Microsoft 365 services including Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Assist with the migration of email and data from various platforms
Assist with configuration and implementation of firewalls, switches, and wireless, including VLANs
Collaborate with team members to ensure a swift and seamless resolution
Use our documentation program to search for procedures and meet company standards; note documentation that is out of date or incorrect as our solutions evolve

Requirements

Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation
5+ years’ experience (relevant coursework may be considered towards experience)
Strong troubleshooting and research skills to efficiently identify and resolve complex technical issues
Ability to communicate technical information, verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
Ability to relate to non-technical users and assist them in accomplishing their business needs and objectives using various technologies
Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment
