Senior ServiceNow Developer (Programmer 5) to support the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform within a secure FedRAMP-authorized environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development expertise, experience with enterprise workflows and integrations, and a solid understanding of secure software development and SDLC practices. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and enhance ServiceNow applications, integrations, and custom solutions.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality code aligned with enterprise standards and FedRAMP compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex platform defects, performance issues, and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development quality standards.
• Support monthly releases, regression testing, UAT cycles, and platform stability.
• Maintain technical documentation, workflows, test scripts, requirements, and architectural artifacts.
• Mentor junior developers and agency development teams on best practices and enterprise standards.
• Follow platform governance, security controls, and enterprise development responsibilities.

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong experience with:

• Flow Designer
• UI Policies
• Client Scripts
• API Integrations
• Scoped Applications
• Experience developing and supporting complex enterprise workflows and ServiceNow integrations.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices in regulated environments.
• Experience with SDLC, release management, regression testing, and UAT.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent relevant certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in FedRAMP or other regulated cloud environments.
• Familiarity with GCC High or similar secure government technology environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and supporting enterprise development teams.
