Support Analyst

• Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support
• Support and manage infrastructure with O365, Intune, and Azure Entra
• Manage networking equipment, including routers and connected devices
• Manage third-party suppliers
• Grow into Azure DevOps support and gain certifications such as AZ-900 and above
• Develop application support skills, including SQL
• Support and lead junior team members
• Lead projects that deliver high business impact
