Business Solutions Manager

Kohler is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Manager to lead strategic solutions for our Kitchen & Bath Supply Chain Operations & Business Transformation team. In this role, you will partner with global manufacturing, logistics, and planning leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology and process solutions. You will oversee roadmaps, optimize ERP and analytics capabilities, and drive continuous improvement that enhances service, cost, and sustainability while mentoring teams and supporting Kohler’s culture of innovation and craftsmanship., * Lead design and delivery of business solutions for Kitchen & Bath supply chain operations

• Translate business needs into technology, data, and process requirements
• Own and manage solution roadmaps aligned with operations and transformation goals
• Optimize ERP, planning, and analytics tools to improve service, cost, and quality
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and data-driven methodologies
• Partner with global cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, and ITOversee implementation projects, timelines, and budgets
• Develop and track KPIs to measure solution performance and business impact
• Influence stakeholders and lead change management activities
• Coach and mentor team members to build business solutions capabilities
