Job description

We’re working with an innovative technology business looking for a UX Designer on an initial 3-month contract.

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting user research, interviews and task observation
Assessing usability, user flows and information architecture
Carrying out heuristic and WCAG 2.2 AA reviews
Prioritising improvements based on impact and effort
Working closely with product and engineering teams

Requirements

Strong UX / usability research experience
Experience with complex or enterprise software
Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA
Experience planning and running user research
AI product experience is advantageous
