PKI (public key infrastructure)

Conduct gap analysis of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) products and supporting services.

• Advise management on new features, versions, and strategic direction for PKI services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, providing technical guidance and recommending engineering frameworks.
• Support customers with the initial integration of PKI services.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for third-line support issues as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product roadmaps, feature requests, and support matters.
• Play a key role in potential migrations to new PKI solutions or services.

Apply expert knowledge of PKI products (e.g., Venafi) and related technologies (load balancers, SQL, cryptographic protocols such as SSL/TLS).

• Utilize industry best practices and PKI-related tools.
• Maintain strong communication skills and willingness to assist others.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, keeping up to date with PKI developments.
• Have experience with databases (especially Microsoft SQL) and identity/access management (RBAC, privileged access management).
• (Desirable) Knowledge of NIST frameworks.
• Use and understand service management tools and processes (e.g., ServiceNow, RFCs).
• Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Exhibit strong team management and interpersonal abilities.
• Work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and effective change implementation skills.
• Preferably have experience in large organizations, especially within the financial sector.
