Job description

Manage and support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management and configuration.
Administer Windows and MacOS systems, including troubleshooting and software management.
Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and access.
Support DNS, ADFS, Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, VPN, and firewall issues.
Coordinate with ISPs and network providers for connectivity-related issues.
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
Provide technical support for system, network, and access-related issues.
Assist with security, system updates, backups, and general IT infrastructure maintenance.
Use Jira Service Management/Atlassian tools for tracking and managing IT support requests.

Requirements

Experience with MS Endpoint manager (Intune).
Experience with networks, routing, and managing ISPs.
Experience with Microsoft Windows servers and MacOS.
Experience with managing (Azure) Active Directory.
Experience with AD, DNS, ADFS, Office 365.
Experience with VPN and Firewall technology.
Experience with Exchange and SharePoint.
