IT Support Assistant

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, is hiring a Seasonal Part-Time IT Support Assistant to help deliver innovative software solutions and data-driven services. In this role, you’ll assist with software setup, basic troubleshooting, data entry, QA testing, and documentation to support internal teams and client projects.
