Seasonal IT Support Specialist

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, seeks a Seasonal IT Support Specialist to assist with increased project demand. In this role, you’ll help deploy and support software applications, troubleshoot user issues, and assist with data-related tasks to improve operational efficiency. Working closely with engineers and analysts, you’ll document processes, perform basic testing, and escalate complex problems as needed.
