Application Support and IT Operations Associate

Sierra at XYZ Tech Inc. seeks an Associate for weekday mornings to afternoons to support software and data operations. Based in Chicago, IL, you will assist with monitoring applications, handling basic technical issues, preparing reports, and updating documentation. You’ll collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure smooth system performance and timely task execution. • Respond to basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Assist with system checks, performance tracking, and status reporting
• Compile and update operational and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to support deployments and routine maintenance
• Support quality checks on data and application outputs
• Help prioritize and track incoming requests and tickets
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding system status
• Engage in ongoing training to build technical and domain expertise
